Instant Pot- Taco Soup

If you don’t have an instant pot already, you really should consider getting one! I got this thing a couple of years ago and I cook anything and everything in it. This is one of my go-to recipes for weeknights when you need something quick! It’s a one pot wonder that my husband, kids and I Love! Just wait til you see how easy and quick it is. Instant Pot Taco Soup

This is a simple weeknight recipe that your family will love!

Equipment

  • Instant Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Tomato soup
  • 2 cans Corn
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1 can Red beans or Kidney beans
  • 1 can Pinto Beans
  • 2 cans Rotel (mild)
  • 2 packs Taco Seasoning
  • 1 lb Hamburger Meat

Instructions
 

  • First turn your instant pot on to saute and brown your hamburger meat. Once it's done, drain it and return it to the instant pot.
  • Next drain and rinse your beans and add them in
  • Drain and add your corn
  • Add your two cans of tomato sauce and two packages of taco seasoning
  • Add in your rotel cans, no need to drain these.
  • mix everything together well and put the lid on your instant pot. Set the Manual timer to 12-15 minutes.
    When its done you can let the pressure off and open and Enjoy!

Notes

We Really love to have our taco soup over fritos, with shredded cheese. I usually add sour cream, jalepenos and avocado slices to mine as well! Really hope you enjoy this recipe.
